Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how [Company legal name] (“Frozen Solutions,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit frozensolutionscustom.com, create an account, request a quote, or place an order (together, the “Services”).

By using the Services you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information.

  • Information you give us. Account details (name, email address, password, company name, phone number), billing and shipping addresses, order and quote details, artwork and logo files you upload, messages you send us, and any other information you choose to provide.
  • Order and payment information. What you buy, order totals, and payment status. Card and bank details are entered with our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
  • Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See “Cookies Policy” below.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, health data, or precise geolocation. Please do not include it in artwork files or messages.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • create and manage your account and authenticate you;
  • process quotes and orders, including sharing artwork and shipping details with the vendors that produce and ship your items;
  • take payments, prevent fraud, and keep records for tax and accounting;
  • send order confirmations, proofs, shipping updates, and password reset emails;
  • provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • improve the site, our catalog, and our services, and measure how the site is used;
  • send marketing emails about products and offers, where permitted. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the marketplace, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.

3. Cookies Policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies do the same job. We use them to keep the site working, to remember your cart and sign-in, and, only if we turn them on, to understand how the site is used.

Strictly necessary cookies

These are needed for the cart and account features to work, so they are set without asking for consent. If you block them, signing in and the cart will not work.

  • fs_session keeps you signed in. It is an httpOnly cookie (not readable by scripts on the page), is sent only to frozensolutionscustom.com, and lasts up to 30 days or until you sign out. It holds your account username and a revocable access token used to talk to our store, not your password.
  • fs_auth is a simple flag (“1”) that tells the page header whether to show “Sign In” or “Account”. It contains no personal information, is set and removed with fs_session, and lasts up to 30 days.
  • wc_cart_token remembers your shopping cart, including when you are not signed in, so your items are still there when you come back. It contains an identifier for your cart, not your name or details, and lasts up to 30 days.
  • fs_gate is used only when we turn on a temporary password gate to restrict access to the site (for example before launch). It is an httpOnly cookie that lasts up to 30 days and does not store the password. It is not currently in use.

Analytics and marketing cookies

The site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If we enable them later (for example analytics from [Analytics provider, if any]), they would be used only to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our marketing. We will update this section with the cookies and providers involved before they are used, and will ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Third-party cookies

We do not currently embed third-party widgets or advertising on the site. When you pay for an order, the payment processor ([Payment processor]) may set its own cookies on its payment pages or forms to process the payment and prevent fraud. Those cookies are governed by the processor’s own policies. If we add other embeds, such as videos or maps, the provider may also set cookies when the content loads.

Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Browsers also let you clear cookies when you close them or block third-party cookies. Doing so will sign you out and empty your cart, and parts of the site may stop working.
  • Signing out of your account removes fs_session and fs_auth.
  • We do not currently show a cookie consent banner, because the only cookies we set are strictly necessary. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will add a way to accept or decline them first, and will honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where the law requires.
  • To opt out of analytics or advertising cookies from a specific provider once they are in use, follow the opt-out instructions in that provider’s policy, or contact us at sales@frozensolutions.com.

Retention and updates

Each cookie lasts for the period given above unless you delete it sooner. We may update this Cookies Policy when the cookies we use change, and will change the “Last updated” date on this page when we do.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below.

  • Vendors. Frozen Solutions is a multi-vendor marketplace. We share the information a vendor needs to quote, produce, and ship your order, such as your name, company, shipping address, contact details, and artwork.
  • Service providers. Companies that act on our behalf, including payment processing ([Payment processor]), hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, shipping carriers, analytics, and customer support tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety. Where we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, vendors, or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the recipient will be bound to protect your information consistently with this policy.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we tell you and offer a way to opt out where the law requires one.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain your account, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Order records are generally kept for [retention period, e.g. 7 years]. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it, unless we must keep some of it by law. Artwork files are kept for [retention period] after your last order so that you can reorder.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and keeping payment card data with our payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising. You also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for using these rights.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, you may request to know, delete, or correct the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information listed above and disclosed them for business purposes to the recipients listed above.

EEA, UK, and Swiss residents

Under the GDPR and similar laws you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If we transfer your information outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How to exercise your rights

Email sales@frozensolutions.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. We will respond within the time required by law, generally 30 to 45 days. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.

8. Children’s privacy

The marketplace is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
